It's included! is your assurance that everything shown in our models are standard features. Our goal is to simplify your home buying experience by offering a higher standard of included features. This is why our homes include “I Squared” (It’s Included) amenities each market desires, minimizing the need for upgrades. Included features vary by neighborhood and market, but you can be sure the attractive features you see on any of our furnished models are a standard feature for that neighborhood.
